Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package with Care

  Place the item in its original packaging with all assembly hardware and instruction manuals to ensure it is protected during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture pieces, our specialized courier will contact you to arrange a convenient time for home collection; for smaller items, simply use the provided prepaid shipping label.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
